Maslinica Hotels & Resort guarantees you the lowest price available on our booking channels!
Procedure:
- Book your accommodation via the Maslinica Hotels & Resort website or by calling the Maslinica Hotels & Resort reservation center (Maslinica Hotels & Resort official reservation channels)
- If within 24 hours after you make a reservation you find a new lower price for the same accommodation with the same conditions, and we confirm your request, we will adjust the price of your accommodation in such a way that we calculate an additional 5% discount on the lowest price you have found.
The lowest price on another sales channel:
- The second lowest price is the lowest price you have found with third party service providers before booking or within 24 hours of your booking.
- The condition must be that the specific price of the accommodation or the price of the package/offer booked through the official Maslinica Hotels & Resort reservation channel must be made under the same conditions as with the other sales channel
- Accommodation must be accessible to everyone and possible for booking before booking.
The best price guarantee is not valid if:
- Submitted request related to a different type of accommodation, different included services (half board/bed and breakfast, wellness discounts, etc.), different period and/or different period of stay, different number of adults and/or children and other restrictions, rules or conditions reservations.
- Fees in currencies other than euros (official currency of the Republic of Croatia)
- Contracted prices for groups and companies
- Prices obtained through certain special offers, etc.
- Special promotional offers that allow an additional discount after booking
- Prices found in coupons
- Partner and associate prices, and prices for employees
- Wrong prices, or prices set by mistake
- Incorrect prices caused by technical difficulties on the website
- Non-public prices (certain special offers)
The following prices are excluded from the best price guarantee:
Found another lower price?
- Please contact us at info@maslinica-rabac.com within 24 hours after your confirmed reservation.
- In the e-mail message, you must specify the name that must match the name on the confirmed reservation of each accommodation.
- On a business day, within 24 hours after receiving your request, you will receive an e-mail message or a phone call from the reservation center to confirm receipt of your request. Requests submitted on weekends will be confirmed within 24 hours from Monday 9:00 am.
- Requests will be approved or rejected within 72 hours after receiving the request, and only if the reservation was made more than 5 days before arrival, and the difference in price is at least €4.
- To verify the validity of the request, another offer or price must be available, and the offer must be the same in all conditions.
- Price comparisons are made after deduction of taxes, gratuities, service charges or other fees and exclude exchange rate changes.
- Confirmed requests will be charged with the second lower price, and an additional 5% discount will be added.
- By sending a new confirmation in the e-mail, the change in the accommodation price becomes valid.
- Maslinica Hotels & Resort does not assume responsibility for third-party services, statements or other e-mail messages related to the reservation.
- If the request for a direct reservation was made within 48 hours after the reservation, and Maslinica Hotels & Resort rejected it, the guest has the option of canceling the reservation free of charge (the price conditions through which the reservation was made apply)
